I am a qualified counsellor who is passionate about helping people make changes that are rewarding, self gratifying, future endeavours, whilst retaining their main objectives. I have 11 years experience of working one to one with clients who are experiencing different types of emotional distress. These range from anxiety, depression, panic attacks, relationships, substance misuse, bereavement and a range of other mental distress.
